where others can't see

someone lurks

without a peep

fear of themselves, fear of others

will they be able to live another day?

or will someone snap and set their world ablaze

but somewhere somehow

someone stands, having experienced everything they had

knowing the pain, knowing the suffering

so will you take my hand, and join me for the pride parade?

hand in hand we follow the light.

the world glows without a fright.

here I stand, waiting for your hand.
