The world has not been treating members of the LGBTQ community kindly this year. I know it may seem like we have taken many steps back as a society this year, and we have. I feel like this pride is a great opportunity to be proud of yourself and realize that you are a part of our history. One day things will change for the better :) 

I am a trans man who is taking HRT while under 18. I am the prime target for all of the anti trans bills this year. I am lucky enough to be in an area that will not be banning my gender affirming care. For those who have been a victim of the bans, my heart goes out to you. Keep going.
