NEED MUSIC RECOMENDATIONS

Dont know what im doing rigth know lol, whatever, these whole months have been draining my energy, havent listened to music as i like it in while, need good recomendations, im a pretty big fan of mcr and im triying to know more about emo/punk basically all the alternative scene of the 2000`s, i`ve tried to listen a few bands but they weren`t as powerful(? (i know anything bout music be gentle) so any recomendations would be nice
