gender dysphoria

hello guys I'm Skyler I use he/him/his pronouns. sometimes they/them or it/its but mostly he/him/his and today I am feeling really dysphoric. right now, and it's hard to not cry because of the dysphoria. and I want to cry but can't because if I do my mom blames it on hormones and blames it on not taking my night anxiety meds. which makes the dysphoria worse and all I want to do is tell her I'm not she I'm a he but I can't because I'm too scared to tell her. I just wish. I was born male so bad.
