another day..

so i'm feeling better, yay! but still dealing with a little bit of leftover stuff.. and then of course I manage to mess my teeth up somehow, getting that looked at today... sometimes I just wish I could be separate from myself, just check out from physical and mental pain.. but ig that can't happen. I hope things get better soon because I really do want them to be, i want to enjoy life. but things like this happen and i spiral down into feeling hopeless all over again. i make progress and then i lose it all, over and over. it sucks. this entire month has sucked. but tomorrow could be brighter.
