speaking my truth 🗣💯

For the first time I'm in love with life. I'm happy to be alive. Ignoring how everything in the world is currently going, and just looking at nature, at life, it's truly beautiful. 

Just stop for a minute, and go outside. day or night, whichever works for you, just sit outside and listen to life around you. Listen to birds chirping, to wind moving leaves, to bugs buzzing, even to traffic. Appreciate the fact that you can hear those things. 

And if you can't hear, just look around. Watch the sky, how the clouds move, how the stars shine, how the moon glows. Watch birds fly around, dogs play, people walk by. Just take in how beautiful life around you is.

If you can't do both I don't know how you'd be reading this. But who knows. Feel the things around you. Lay on warm concrete, feel the sun on your skin. Actually touch grass. Feel how water flows around you. 

I am very happy that I am alive, because it is allowing me to enjoy the beauty that is the planet earth and the life on it.
