Saw you have horror and actions movies in your interests so ill give you a few recs on those; super dark times, hell house llc, creep, the invitation (2015), midsommar, prisoners, escape room
I'm not sure which ones you've seen but I like Abbott Elementary if you want something like The Office! If you are okay with gore/violence, Invincible is a good superhero animation show.
For something a little more serious and is based off of real events, Rush is a good movie!
