i bought a skateboard for 20$ today

pretty cheap for a skateboard, right? reason it was so cheap was because one of the wheels is messed up, which i found out trying to ride the skateboard before flying off it like a cartoon character and skinning my hand, arm, and hip in the process. 

scrapes aren't that bad of an injury, they're manageable and only slightly annoying. but i guess when i landed on my hip, something sort of happened to my pelvis and now i can't walk right without it hurting and it's hard to stand up straight. 

i don't want to go and see a doctor about it because i feel like it'll just go away after a week or two, but if the pain persists after that then i'll go see a professional. for now, i'm just gonna pussy up and man my way through it. wish me luck, bros. 

AND if you find a skateboard that is surprisingly cheap in a thrift store then MAKE SURE IT FUNCTIONS AS INTENDED or can be REPAIRED before buying it. i am pretty sure mine can be repaired with a new wheel or a new bearing, but don't buy cheap janky skateboards if you aren't prepared to eat shit.
