how to add cursors to layouts tut!!!

the most commonly used website is cursors-4u.com !! select a cursor you like or you think fits!

scroll down a choose option 1 - universal CSS/HTML code and just hover over the code n copy and paste!!   sadly the animated cursors dont seem to work they just pick a frame n dont move :/ still super cute tho!! have fun coding, loves !!
