The Jessi Slaughter situation was so sad :(

I'm sure alot of you are very aware of what and who I'm talking about, but jesus it definitely made me super sad. The absolute vile and disgusting things the internet did to this child was unforgivable, knowing how the whole "dahvie" situation went down made me sick. They blamed THE CHILD rather than put all their focus to that disgusting abomination???... furthermore I understand people back then didn't like Jessi for their attitude in the videos they made but honestly thats still no reason to bully a child?

I know that their home life was pretty dysfunctional too but it makes a lot of sense for them to be talking about their life or talking about "the cool stuff i did" to the internet, it seems like it was Jessi's way of actually having a voice to be heard and the internet took complete advantage of that in the worse way possible. Looking back to their videos, all I could see at the time was just a child being a child with what they were given in life. The people in Jessi's life should have never treated Jessi that way, and its unforgivable for what they've done to that child.

That was my random quick rant but lemme know what y'all think as well, I do feel a bit weird representing old internet culture knowing that's what they did in the past too.
