I did NOT just see someone one this site bitching about users on this site that is LITERALLY MYSPACE having scene themed profiles. People have been making eyestraining, flashy, colorful profiles since Myspace began because it's like??? Myspace??? Like what did you expect people to have on here? Basic lululemon girl type profiles? Touch some grass please! <333
And spacehey is literally where we can all be cringe and free! If you can't handle it, then this site may not be for you and you can take your ass back to Tumblr~

i think i know the post ur talking about. i also think u mightve misinterpreted it. if its this one (https://blog.spacehey.com/entry?id=712299) i think they were moreso talking about how tryhard some of the posers on this site are. the eyestrain is a whole other thing. thankfully, my sensory issues dont affect my experience on here, but even then, a lot of the pages are way too fucking overstimulating for me. and theres nothing wrong with that !!! i would just like a warning please lmao. also its very difficult to read a lot of the profiles on here.
and side note: ACTUAL scene is not "flashing colors, gir, eyestrain, rainbow barf, overstimulating graphics, XD !!!" thats fucking scenecore.
i think the point that person was trying to make was "some of the self-proclaimed scenemos on this site are tryhards who need to add an eyestrain warning or some shit."

Personally, people can put flash warnings for their pages so nobody gets overwhelmed!

I wish people would, but on a site like this they would have to go out of their way to learn to code a pop-up you have to click away, since if they were to have a warning on their normal profile it'd be useless since I'd already have seen all the flashy stuff anyway

That's what I'm trying to figure out for my profile since it has lots of flashy graphics and blinkies but I have no luck finding a tutorial or code for it. :(
I think I'll put a disclaimer in my handle for now.
