okai so i want this little psycho mantis png to be floating on the corner of my profile right but for whatever reason it won't like. follow when you scroll

like it stays on the same spot and you can't see him until you scroll down !!!!!1... i want it to be like on top of everything and be visible at all times yk !!!!!!!!!!!!!!........ :[

i think. it has something to do with the profile float animation thing from the layout i'm using? not entirely sure though
