I don't know what to do

Well a lot of things have been going crazy. I was recently diagnosed with PCOS and endometriosis. and to top it all off my iron levels are extremely low. How do I deal with all of it? I wish I had the answer to deal with all this. I feel alone in all this. My husband is supportive don't get me wrong he is in my corner, but it kills me. We both want kids. I want the experience of being pregnant and have the memories. I am all for adopting as well, but its one thing I have always wanted maybe I am selfish but still it sucks. If you have had it how do you deal with it
