YOU, YES, YOU, THE READER OF THIS SENTENCE!! YOU will need a PAN, a
SHARP KNIFE, a CUTTING BOARD (or you can use your hands, if you don't
mind losing a finger or two) and a SPATULA to CRAFT THIS. I AM NOT LIABLE for ANY ACCIDENTS that may occur due to OTHER ALCHEMISTS
DEVIATING from the STANDARD RECIPE!!!!!
WHAT YOU'LL NEED;
- EGGS
- SPANISH, SWEET, or WHITE ONIONS
- SPRING ONIONS (commonly known as CHIVES)
- BLACK PEPPER
- SALT
- BUTTER
- SWEET PEPPERS
- CHEESE
- SOUR CREAM
HOW YOU'LL MAKE IT;
- Break out your spring onions, sweet onions, peppers, and cut them into small slices, making sure you are keeping some of the white part of the spring onion, removing the seeds of the peppers, and shucking off the shell of the sweet onion.
- While you're chopping those veggies, toss a spoonful of butter into your pan, turn on low heat and let it slowly melt down.
- Once you've finished cutting up those vegetables, and the butter is melted down, toss the vegetables in the pan. Give it two shakes of black pepper, and a shake of salt. Stir.
- Turn stove to high heat and crack four eggs into the pan. Add one handful of of a shredded cheese of your choice.
- Stir and scramble all ingredients together until eggs are fluffy and fully cooked.
- Put eggs on a plate, scoop two spoonfuls of sour cream on top (or less/more, as you desire).
- Enjoy!

That sounds pretty good :O I'll have to keep this in mind for next time!

The trick is to make sure you continuously stir your eggs, it makes them fluffy and delicious - don't add water or milk to them, though, it'll take the softness out of them. Hope you enjoy the recipe!!!
