"Between Time and Timbuktu is a television film directed by Fred Barzyk and based on a number of works by Kurt Vonnegut.[1] Produced by National Educational Television and WGBH-TV in Boston, Massachusetts, it was telecast March 13, 1972 as a NET Playhouse special."
I saw this live in 1972 on a rather small black and white tv. The "Harrison Bergeron" segment made a lasting impression, especially the Handicapper General's opening announcement.

The picture quality is not good. You can skip to where the segment starts at 49 minutes and lasts about 12 minutes.
Considering what has transpired over the years, and most notably in the past few years, Vonnegut proved to be quite prescient.
