In my science class we did a small lab measuring our pulses since tomorrow we have exams and there wasn't anything else to do
For most people this would be fine, but apparently not for me
I don't know why, but thinking about or trying to find my pulse always freaks me out
Normally i have the chance to stop thinking about it because it's just a random thought but obviously since this was a lab I had to keep thinking about it
My teacher was understanding and i didn't get in trouble because i ended up just not doing it because i started crying, but it's still weird
I have no idea why I have such a strong reaction to thinking about or trying to find my pulse
There's no traumatic experience or anything like that, i guess I'm just weird
It might be a sensory thing but idk
