Positive attitude, positive attitude, positive attitude. That was my focus for the day.
Waking up earlier than usual was a chore, but I had a goal to make the day better than yesterday. I had set up some goals in order to better my day:
1. Wake up early (8:30 am)
2. Eat a hearty breakfast (eggs and pancakes)
3. Go to the beach early and get some stretching in
4. Surf well, work on popping up
5. Finish the session with a meal
6. Go back home and watch film
7. Read
8. Go to bed early and repeat
I reached most of these goals except the fifth one since I had no money to spend on food.
But overall, the day was good and I had a way better day than yesterday
