Piercings

Currently I only have my first set of ear piercings that still work. I had a second set but they sadly closed. Let's just say I'm never getting piercings done via gun/claire's again lmao. Which should be obvious but it is what it is.

My goals with piercings has always been 4 earrings on each side. On my lobes too since I would prefer to never have my cartilage pierced. Though, I may not be able to fit 4 piercings and may have to settle for 3, which is okay. Though I need to get my second set re-pierced and get the rest.

Though recently, there's a new kind of piercing I never thought I'd want to get, a septum piercing. I was always a bit reluctant for facial piercings since I wasn't sure if I'd like them, especially nose ones since I have habits of rubbing my nose and yes, licking it too, since I have a long tongue. Gross I know lmao childhood habit. But something in me just got inspired to want a septum piercing. I think I would look alright with one, I have a charming nose.

Well, if I am going to get this, I wanted to make sure there was a good piercer I could go to. At first I was going to go to one place but after I called them today about the prices, it's a bit high. $65 for labor, $25 being the lowest price for the jewelry. $90 total. A bit heinous imo.

So I went to look for another piercer that was also good around here and I found one. Their price for septums says $60 on their facebook and they even accept walk-ins. Now I wanted to call them to make sure about the total price being $60 but their number didn't work. I left them a message on their Instagram but idk if they'll see it, but that's okay. 

I told my mom about all this and I'm hoping we could walk in tomorrow or the day after depending on how busy my mom is. I want to ask them about the price and if they have a specific piercer available that gets a lot of good reviews at their place.

Now, I'd get my ears done here too but my mom knows someone who knows a piercer who'll give cheaper prices if they do it at your house. It sounds a little weird but if my mom gets more info and if it seems alright I'll probably let it happen. I don't think I want this person to do my nose but they can do my ears. Though, they're out of town and that's one of the other reasons why I'm not waiting to see if they even do septums. I want a septum piercing so bad and I am awfully impatient lmao.

I'm hoping I can get this done soon enough and I like how it turns out and all goes well.

On a side note, my boyfriend is also interested in getting some piercings of his own, but he wants to pay with his own money when he has it. (Still trying to find a job, it sucks that no one has hired him for almost 8 months now). He's interested in getting snake bites (augughuagh hot) and a left nose piercing. Possibly ear piercings too. So if I go to the piercer anytime soon, I'll ask them their prices for those so then he knows how much he'll need C:

I lowkey hope he decides to get earrings too because I'd love to share earrings with him. I have SO MANY. I probably have over 100 at this point and I only wear like 5 of them. I love collecting earrings lmao. I've always been very into earrings but I guess I'm branching out to septums now too so I've been trying to find any cool and fun ones I'd like to have.
