My mum saw that I wore my armwarmers when it was really hot outsside and told me to take them off. SHe saw my sh scars and started yelling at me and asking me fr how long it had been going on. Then she accused my of being groomed into harming myself after saying I only did it because I heard that others were doing it.
She never listens when I tell her anything, she just dismisses it and says im wrong even about this.
(She also said the next day that I shouldn't get groomed as if it was a choice even though it was years ago I was groomed)

If you still continue to do this, then here is a little advice that I found a long time ago:
If you want to cut yourself, take a marker and draw instead of cutting yourself.
I hope you feel better and don't need this method :(
