School Activities. ૮₍˶Ó﹏Ò ⑅₎ა

So I'm in a really weird situation rn in school, They announced an art competition and it's the elimination rounds, I signed up because the theme was FINALLY simple for once :D 
but the deadline for it is odd, our finals are this week and the deadline is on friday, I have to somehow focus on either studying or working on this art competition,I'm not good with schedules or time-management so what should I do???
