Fanky — Charly Garcia

Charly Garcia is one of my favorite artists, known for screaming at Björk, jumping to a pool from a 9th floor, defending his friends from Virus (band that I'll talk about tomorrow maybe) and the insane amount of drugs he consumed, but most important, because of his music. Happy rhythms, funky riffs and joyful voice, singing revolutionary anthems against the dictatorship in Argentina. He had a band during the 70s I think, Seru Giran and Sui Generis, jazz, folk and rock. During the 80s he released solo music, and S tier albums. 

This song kinda reminds me of "Fashion" by David Bowie, who was an inspiration for Charly.
