It was a great day for a hike!
Saw a mama bear and two cubs on the way crossing the road (no pictures).
We started at the river.
Saw a bunch of these butterflies chilling by a small stream.
After about 3-4 miles of elevation gain the trail started to flatten out.
These open fields felt amazing with the breeze.
We made it to our destination. A restaurant in a small town. We ordered pizza and beer and hung out for a couple hours and made our way back to the river! :)
