first layer of linocut complete B)

finished the first layer for my linocut for art class :)

this one is going to go on top of everything, so it's the 'lineart' layer. 

my plan is to use print onto a paper, and then use that to transfer to another lino so the design isnt flipped, and then carve out the block colors for the skin, skirt and stairs, repeat the process with those cuts for the shadows. i think im going to maybe use non-white paper for the background? maybe a pattern...
