A Logic mistake in The Batman??

A Logic Mistake in a Warner-Brothers Produced movie??

Ive been wondering abt how old The riddler really is because if you search it up on google it says around 30 but no exact age.

If you look at his Driver licence (Seen during in his arrest) it says : 07/30/1984

And the movie Took place in 2019 (as prove : Look in your calenders The october 31 was infact a Thursday, As batman said in the Beginning of the Movie:"Thursday,October 31th .The city streets are crowded for the holiday.Even with the rain." There where also some spectulations on Twitter if it was 2020 (can write another blog abt this if you wan to just let me know).And for another prove it took place in 2019,Matt reeves stared writing the Script in 2019 (source:The  script of The Batman)

Which means That Riddler aka. Edward Nashton is 35 Years old during the events of The Batman.

Now here comes the weird part.

In the time stop of 0:00-0:14 In the top right corner, there is the date of Thomas Wayne Mayor-campaigne
And its :2001 Campaign Ad

And Riddler was there that day.As a child when this Campaign was filmed.

But if he was born in 1984 he wouldve been 17 at That time.

Which would make no sense at all.

i mean look at this dude he does not Look like 17 at all.

Im so confused. Is this a Logic mistake they made???
