If by beeing yourself you hurt people, then they may hate you and you should ask yourself if it really worth it (and maybe change ?). but if it doesn't hurt anyone, why would people hate you ?
even if you ip isn't leaked, digital footprint is a real thing. just think about everything you post in there and ask yourself if it really worth it as i said before. if you really want to express your feelings, maybe you should start a diary or something like that
