any good image to link converters?

ive been trying to find good image to link(url) converting websites and so far ive found none, i knew one that worked really well, it was green and had a pretty easy and simple layout that even worked on moible but i forgot the name of it (it looked alot like the website Vocaroo from what i remember) any recommendations are deeply appreciated ^^.
