incredible album. incredible album. inncreddddddible album. honestly i dont really like stairway to heaven much but thats mostly because ive just heard it so many times that it got old. that was specifically targeted towards my old guitar bandmate who would play the intro to stairway to heaven at least once without fail every time we had practice. one time he did it 4 times

the only boxset!!!! it's a recording of the very last live performance led zeppelin ever had together (with john bonham's son as the drummer). honestly we don't actually listen to this much, it's gone through a lot of cleanings but it's just like, Permanently Dirty. and also... robert plant sounds way better on the studio recordings... which like makes sense since hes like. 40 yrs old here? but its more of a collection thing than an actual record we listen to. still awesome though i stare at it lovingly all the time

okay this album is sooo sentimental to me its the first record i played!!!!!! also its a 1970 pressing too! on the record sleeve the old owner taped newspaper articles from the 70s about lou reed and bisexuality which is likeeee SO COOL. literal time capsule. love this record a lot!

i actually love this album sooooo much. my favorite smiths album in order is self-titled -> strangeways -> meat is murder -> the queen is dead not to say that the queen is dead is bad because its soooo far from bad i just love every album so bad. queen is dead is my least favorite smiths album but its still one of my favorite albums theyre just that good

im making the switch to cassettes instead of vinyl actually! records are just tooooooo expensive and also i cant buy any super super loud albums or my neighbors complain so like i cant even get a good 60% of my favorite albums on record :'( whenever i listen to led zep i gotta self consciously turn down the volume so cassettes it is!!!!
