kicked it

i moved the cans over and kicked the fungus thing. no spores or dust escaped but i did feel like. really fucking sucky afterwards. it's not going away. i'm in bed right now and trying not to look at it. my computer's at 10% but the closest outlet is near the fungus and i really don't want to get close to it again.

does anyone else have experience with something like this? i talked to my acquaintance about it and they didn't know what it was and told me to call someone, but that'd cost money i don't have.

"It Crawled Out of the Woodwork" is an episode of the original The Outer Limits television show. It first aired on 9 December 1963, during the first season.

A cleaning lady attempts to vacuum up what appears to be a dust-bunny, but as soon as it is in the vacuum cleaner it explodes into a bizarre energy cloud and kills her."

are you implying here if i borrow a vacuum and try to suck it up it will explode and kill me

Are you prepared to take the risk?

i would rather not have something explode in my room and die tbh. feels kind of rude to the crime scene cleaners

I found the episode available online, free, no ads:

Not one of the very best but worth watching. Note Ed Asner in a supporting role.
