responsibility avoidance (or, a day in town)

i need to start doing my work but i just need to rewire my brain since getting in. maybe i'll start working after i post this. probably not, though. 

so, the bad news is that they didn't have the 70th anniversary peter pan crossbody, or the 70th anniversary peter pan wallet, or the big ben peter pan wallet. i know that i can order the big ben wallet from the website, though, and i think i can order the 70th anniversary things from one of the other stores. they did have some other bags that i liked though - there was a heimlich (a bugs life) backpack, and a sanrio one that had cinnamoroll on! they had the ferris wheel sanrio bags, too, but they don't have cinnamoroll on so they aren't really a priority for me. and downstairs they had the jujutsu kaisen backpack, which is another one of my iso's. they had the brave scene backpack and matching wallet - i think the wallet is cute but i'm not too sure about how i feel about the backpack; it's nice but sometimes i look at it and i think it's a bit... not as good as the others? idk.

i didn't come home empty handed, though! i bought a fuggler from the entertainer, and i've decided that he's called samson. he kind of looks like sulley from monsters inc, and now i'm thinking about rewatching monsters inc. i might watch it after doing some of my work, when i'm having my dinner. it can be a little treat, for me :)

i got some snacky food, too, mainly skittles because candy is like a reward. i think it also helps me concentrate, though i don't know how that would work. 

overall, a good day! i enjoy visiting town, and i'm glad that my friend likes me enough to go with me :)
