I found this website which is rly good for editing gifs, such as cropping, resizing, mp4 to gif, and much more. I use it all the time and it's really good!!! :DD HERE'S THE WEBSITE!! (click this blue text)

EDIT: Use a host (like discord) to get the link for the gifs since when you convert the gifs, it doesn't stay permanatly.
