dreams about exes

had my second dream within the past few months about one of my exes trying to move back in with me unannounced. this time it was 🐱, who showed up with all of her furniture and belongings on my front door. my dad was there helping me move out of my current apartment, so he actually answered the door and told her no on my behalf. he was torn up about having to do that though, so the dream ended with me thanking him and comforting him.

weird that i keep dreaming about my exes trying to move back in with me. i said no in the last dream i had, too. good for dream me for establishing boundaries!

part of me wonders if i'm having these dreams as my brain's way of telling me to move on about people in my life.
