Hello again SpaceHey!
Its ya boy, Edith. Here to get annoyed at the medical system in Australia :)
I am just a girlthing trying to survive out here and trying to get an answer as to why my joints pop out like every second of the day (realistically I know its EDS like my nan, but doctors refuse to treat me unlesss I have a piece of paper to prove it)
I be looking at genetic testing so that I can actually progress in a diagnosis but it turns out to be like waaaaay too much (like $7k) so I'm kinda fucked here.
My doctor refuses to give me any pain relief meds because she 'doesnt think I need them' but also she doenst seem to take anything I say seriously and literally had to google Elhers Danlos Syndrome on Google IN FRONT OF ME AT MY APPOINTMENT TODAY???? what the fuck dude.
Also told me to stop using my cane (that literally helps me be able to leave my house) because otherwise I'd be 'too reliant on it' YEAH GIRL THATS THE POINT?
anyways, there aint a point to this just needed a place to vent lmao.
