Hair Dye !!!

Im gonna be cutting and dying my hair !! Just gonna recut my layers and dye my hair red and get coontails. Idk what brand of hair dye i should use tho, i dont wanna use artic fox hair dye bc allegations of the owner being bad :( 

Thinking bout a shaggy haircut with short layers at the top and longer ones at the bottom and maybe even growing out my hair for a longer back and short top yk? Gonna dye half of hair red and then the other half with chunky red highlights then 4 strands being the coontails!! My sideburns then a under coontail?? Idk i just planned it out while playing with my hair xD (／▽＼)♪

Im thinking of demi or permanent hair dye, i have used splat and manic panic before, the best one i used was manic panic, i might go again with manic panic but i wanna know some other brands i should be aware off ( ´Д`)ノ

Also my mum said yes to dying my hair!!! Im so excited she said we can go to the store tmr :D!!!! Omg the pinterest ppl with cool haircuts r so cute and handsome to<33!!!

P.s, do my coontails sound cool??
