Modern Problems Require Old-School Solutions

I found out my new Tumblr theme had a music player that required a direct file link. While I was given a guide and some sites for getting music that were probably fine for as long as they were still up, I wasn't ready to run the risk.

So I dug through my old collection of CDs and ripped it the hard way. While I got the song just fine, it is a kinda nice feeling to be able to really own and do what I wanted with what I paid for. I guess I just miss that feeling of ownership in an era of subscriptions and streaming.

Might even just rip the whole library and ditch Spotify altogether.

Ah, who am I kidding... I'd get bored of the same music anyway.
