i dont know where i will go off to

when the sun inches too close

and the pacific becomes ominous clouds

threatening rainfall.

i dont know where i will go off to

when the hole in our atmosphere

becomes so large

that acid rain finds a spot on the weekly forecast -

with no one batting an eye.

i dont know where i will go off to,

but it will be
