It's so strange that when you have ADHD, your brain ages 30% slower than your peers. I mean, personally I feel like I'm mentally 15, while I'm actually 21. 🤧

I don't have ADHD but my doctor told me my brain is mentally three or four years behind in development. So I guess I'll be mentally fully grown when I'm 29
