eczema journey

ugh so I realized on Wednesday that there was something off with my fingertips. There was tiny holes that looked like water blisters but they itched like crazy. I accidentally tore the skin  n that hurt but at least it wasn’t itching,, now a day later I figured out how to alleviate the itching and keep m myself from picking at it—> cereVe ointment and my dads socks, but now I look like a puppet w these on 😐

Hey! I deal with eczema and sometimes, when I don't pay attention to it, it can get this bad as well.

I highly recommend going to your nearest doctor or pharmacy and get topical corticosteroids/any ointment for eczema which has steroids. They work like magic and after a few days, your skin will be back to normal HOWEVER you need to be careful on how often you use them for and how much therefore its better if a doctor prescribes you and tells you how much you should use it. This is great for serious eczema like what you are experiencing right now.

For a more simple, everyday lotion for eczema, I recommend Dermol 500, especially if your eczema is reoccurring.

Of course, this is just what works for me and may not work for you but steroid creams are a life saving for me when it comes to serious reactions ^^

Just stuff I like using for my eczema journey :)

I also have a BIG tub of E45 cream which is very very useful too and I use everyday on my eczema when it appears.
When I have serious reactions, my doctor tells me to use E45 like 3-5 times a day lol
