The Moon and the Sun: A Duet

The Moon is in his garden,

What a sight to behold.

His clouds painted purple,

And his face painted gold.

His crown atop his head,

Great speckles on his face,

His beauty stops my heart,

His love, I ‘ternal chase.

The Sun is in his palace,

Colours signal the dawn.

The sea painted orange,

Golden mask, he has on.

Light shines from his body,

As he walks with such grace,

His presence is so warm,

His love, I ‘ternal chase.
