Enjoying Honkai Star Rail

So a while ago Honkai Star Rail, a game created by Mihoyou or Hoyoverse, who also created Genshin Impact and Honkai Impact 3rd, has been released. I wasn't sure if I was going to enjoy this game as much as I have been. Surprisingly the turn based combat has been super enjoyable, whether it's on auto or not, and the story has been wonderful to listen to and interact with (the funny dialogue options are great), and the way the world is set up and works is easy to navigate and less stressful to play through. Personally I struggle with open world games as I have always found them a little terrifying. So playing Genshin Impact wasn't always my favorite thing, but I continued on anyways because at least you can have friends play with you and that makes me feel a lot better. The pretty men also kept me going. But with Honkai Star Rail? I can finally enjoy a game to it's fullest without being scared of the big open world. The levels are spacious enough without being too scary for me, but linear and simple for me to enjoy. This game has honestly been a blast to play and I just want to keep pushing forward and learn more about these characters and story. I'm currently on the second world you go to in the game and I'm very excited because it has a few characters I'm interested in. One of them being Jing Yuan. He's gorgeous. I also discovered a super cute ship with him while looking around on Twitter and it's got me hooked.

I'm excited to see what other ships flourish the more characters we meet and get to know! Also I actually enjoy the main character of this game compared to Aether and Lumine in Genshin. These MCs actually talk and interact much more and your dialogue decisions actually seem to give you different answers depending on what you choose. I absolutely love it.
