Video Game soundtracks that are near perfection ♪(๑ᴖ◡ᴖ๑)♪

Yo! This blog post is to document some of my favorite video game soundtracks and where to listen to them. ^w^.

I will be updating this every now and again to add more music. I am taking requests for soundtracks so hmu if you have any suggestions.

Let's start with some of my personal favorites

Devil May Cry 3 (2005) has an incredible soundtrack with high energy tracks mixed with low and almost ambient tracks in-between. These songs display so much emotion in what they represent. Dante's main theme Devils Never Cry fits his character so well with the angelic courier mixed with heavy vocals both representing who he is and what he's about. Not only that but the boss themes go so well with displaying the bosses power and character.

Overall I give this soundtracks a 9.8/10 and the actual game a 9/10. A bit difficult but I like a challenge. The only reason why it's not a 10 is because we don't see enough of shirtless Dante (Dante is bae 0///~///0)

Sonic Adventure (1998) has an amazing soundtrack. Each song carries so much emotion and feeling, there are not enough words for me to describe how great this soundtrack is and how each song is perfect for any situation. One of my personal favorites from the soundtrack is the main theme "Open Your Heart". This song fits so well with this newer era of sonic games and defiantly gives a vibe of a new adventure with the characters we have grown to love. Crush 40 totally crushed it (pun intended (^_−)☆)

Overall I give this Soundtrack a 9.5/10 because it's only beaten out by another sonic game and I give the actual game a 9.7/10 gameplay wise it's near perfect (minus a few glitches (;¬_¬)  )

Bejeweled Twist (2008) is a super relaxing game. If I ever need to wind down after a long day at school or I have some time to kill I boot up this game and just vibe out. And the soundtrack fits this mood perfectly and I have one of my friends to thank for getting me into playing it. Shout out to https://spacehey.com/pengwasonspacehey for suggesting the game (and letting me borrow his steam account to play it lol   o(^▽^)o  )   Each song carries this funky vibe that reminds me of the game Hotline Miami with the heavy focus on synth. This makes each track sound like the phrase "it's all good dude" if that makes any sense (it probably doesn't...   (¬_¬)   )  My favorite track is defiantly the main menu music, because it can be played while doing almost anything. Waiting for someone to text you back? This music's got you covered. Sitting around drinking energy drinks trying to feel something other then sadness because you know you totally missed your chance with someone you were into and didn't realize they liked you back too? (totally not projecting rn) this music is perfect for that. It just works with any mood and in my opinion it can help when you are feeling low.

Overall I give the soundtrack a 10/10 and the game a solid 9.7/10. (would be a 10/10 if I wasn't garbage at match 3 games   (҂⌣̀_⌣́)    )

 Terraria (2011) has to be one of my favorite survival games. There is so much you can do it's a little overwhelming but much like other games of it's type it has one goal: survive. The soundtrack just sounds incredible with each song fitting the biome it's played in. The forest music sounds like an adventure about to begin while something like the corruption really pushes this feeling of something evil lurking around. Each track sounds amazing on their own with each carrying an appropriate feeling for when they start playing. My favorite song is a tie between the song "Boss 1" or the Corruption music. Both go unreasonably hard and I would definitely recommend you to give them a listen.

Overall I give the soundtrack a 9/10 and the game a 10/10 ( you should play it it's good o(*≧□≦)o  )

Castle Crashers (2008) is a personal favorite. Starting on the Xbox 360 Arcade, Castle Crashers is a side scrolling, co-op beat em up with a soundtrack that comes straight from Newgrounds. This game is peak nostalgia and I would 100% recomend you to play it. As for the music, IT'S AMAZING (＾▽＾).  I love Newgrounds music and this game delivers, You have artists like Waterflame and ParagonX9 on the soundtrack so you know it's gonna be good. My personal favorite songs are "Chaoz Japan" and "Space Pirates" both are so good and you should definitely go listen to the soundtrack.
