This verse is pretty much saying watch what you do and what you surround yourself with as well as counting as many blessings as possible in your life and being thankful for them and its also saying communicate with God prayer isnt always asking for something sometimes it's just having a conversation.
(If you aren't Christian that's okay but plz dont hate im just trying to spread what i believe so like have a great day!!)
