"We are all from different planets"

i heard that from a movie once.

my family didn't understand it,

but it makes perfect sense to me. 

i think it explains a-lot. 

why i don't fit with others. 

i'll find someone from my planet. 

someone exactly like me but different somehow. 

just a different shape,

a different me.

where we are nothing but hearts,

each singing a similar tune. 

a understanding that we are one. 

two half's of one whole. 

we touch without intentions. 

we kiss but not for lust, 

to feel someone- 

no, 

something that's so like you down to your dna.

the shock of sorrow is so cold,

it's like warmth somehow. 

it feels like a hug from your drunken mother or deadbeat dad. 

a kind rain hides my tears like the computer that hides my face. 

april showers apon my face. 

you and me are yet only the same.
