i need help w/ spacehey layout

so i want to make my own layout for my spacehey that either fits my neocities or has some space/circus theme and i Do Not Know How To

it would be cool of someone could explain to me how

i know html and css and very basic js

itd be awesome if i could come to someone w questions during the process too
