The 3ds xl that I got for like 90 bucks came in today and I'm so pleased wth. It is definetely used but the console works and there are minimal scratches.
I bought the console from toys-jpn and I recommend you buy from them as well if you are looking to buy a nintendo console

hope you enjoy it! i absolutely loved my 3ds when i had one as a kid, good luck on the modding too :)
