Banshees !! and Irish myths, legends etc(Short)

I love Irish stories so much, I wish to live there one day as an interest and also as I'm part Irish too, I'm just not sure abt the modern day political views and if it's a good place and a safe place for people like me (lgbtq+ etc), I dont catch up with the news and such.

Onto the subject, last year I spent my classtimes searching up myths and legends for Ireland and Japan as they had really popular ones.  I remembered watching this one youtuber (Dollightful) remake their monster high dolls into such creatures, and one of them was a Banshee. Monsters and such was a big interest for young me, and last year I did some little research on Banshees and the Púca (that can be discusses another time I suppose). They are said to be women with very pale white skin, wearing a white dress/gown and grey or white hair and red eyes. There is another view that she dresses up as a widow or a bride or that she is an old lady. I have a feeling that there was a misconception (tell me if im wrong) that Banshees are harm to us, they are actually not, they are more of a warning in Irish legends. I remember how that you will hear her wails at night if a death or misfortune is coming your way in your Irish family. I read this off a website. This is my little short summary of Banshees from memory of the sources I've read last year, come and comment any theories or other mythical creatures etc I should research and talk about.
