I am SO over him.

Remember when I was trying to confess to my crush maybe a week or two ago? Well anyways, I think that I might be over him now. On Friday, we were having a big picnic with a huge group of friends, and we got a chance alone together, and brings up the fact that I -sorta- asked him to prom.

I thought he was going to ask something completely different, but instead he says "but you are already going with me, w everyone else" OH MY GOD IS HE STUPID???? For context, a few months back, me and a couple other girls were joking asking him to prom as a group (there's 8 of us). I assumed he knew that was a joke, but I guess not since a few of the other girls were taking it a bit too seriously...

But that got me thinking about the way he interpreted my advances and everything else. Did he see all those times with just us together as friend things? What about the movie theatre? Have I been wasting my time? Or is he just clueless? Either way, why would I want to continue pursuing someone who isn't as emotionally intelligent as me?

I don't know, I feel really conflicted and confused, and I don't want to be asking him to prom if I don't know how I TRULY feel, so I guess it's over for now.
