Just finished the first Dune book

Man that was a trip to read, that was the first proper novel i've read all the way through in years and what an excellent book to begin with. I enjoyed it a lot despite the fact that some of the words and themes of the book likely went over my head. I can see why everyone says it's a classic, it well deserves that title

I have the sequel, Dune Messiah, on my shelf so i'll likely begin reading that soon.
