Been a while since my last workout since I've been so busy! But here's my success for today:
- 13 pushups
- 11 situps
- 13 squats
This time, I added some weight lifting to the routine. It's not a whole lot! But it's a start. I did:
- 10 lifts per arm with 5lbs. weight
I was so tired afterwards, that I just melted into the lawn chair and spent the next couple hours just watching the planes and helicopters go by....
On an unrelated note, I discovered the perfect spot in my yard to watch the planes from the air force base! Even if they look like dots, it's still neat knowing that I can see a C-17 and KC-135 from my house!
