tired

im so tired but i cant sleep, I want to but I cant seem to fall asleep anymore and its making me crazy.

Try to sleep and even if you can’t, just keep your eyes closed and try to distract yourself with something in your mind, then you might trick yourself into falling asleep but idk ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
