bday stuff weeee n suicide silence?? aaaa

it was my birthday over the weekend and i got such cute stuff from my boyfriend/friends at work/from myself hehe (i fr cant argue whenever i justify buying something with "treat yourself" :3) 

they got me a cookie cake at work to share and then i got really yummy vegetarian japanese food for dinner from my favorite place. 

then i got to sleep all morning and went to go see the chaos and carnage tour. i didnt realize doors were at 4pm because 7 (seven!) bands were playing and i really need someone to reel me in sometimes because it was a lot to be standing there for 8 hours (*꒦ິ꒳꒦ີ) i need to learn how to stand or something cus i died a little but it was all worth it! crown magnetar played pretty early and they were so good. id never heard of them before but im glad i didnt miss seeing them cus they were awesome. their vocalist was a beast.

by the time dying fetus was playing i was crying inside a bit cus i was getting so tired but i didnt want to ruin the vibe of our group so i just kept it to myself mostly but was occassionally squatting on the floor cus my back and legs were failing me. the show was sold out and they went like 200 tickets over capacity so there sooo many people. 

and i think some people make it their mission to be annoying and constantly pushing through the crowd. like sit still my dudes! and i was peaved when someone slapped my back to ask me to move out of the way?? why aaaaa 

twas the general deathcore chaos

suicide silence played last and it was my first time seeing them (rip mitch i wish it had been u <\3) they had really good stage presence and i was pleasently surprised they played mostly older stuff that i was familiar with which was really fun to dance to :) my neck is so sore now haha i went to crazy in the clerb. i got a new shirt from them and the back says capable of violence cus it really spoke to me lol 

by the end i felt like i had been put through a blender with really dull blades and i remembered why i dont go to festivals anymore but nonetheless it was a super fun time and im glad i got to go
